Our Offices

For your convenience, we have offices in New Haven, Cheshire, Madison, Branford and Milford. It is important to plan all visits by appointment, so that all of our patients can be seen in a timely manner. If possible, please schedule your appointment at the office where you are usually seen, because this is where your permanent medical records are on file. If you visit a different office, please notify the secretary so that your records will be available. Please call the office if you will be late, or if you cannot keep an appointment.

Telephone numbers and driving directions are included below. Just click on the office of your choice.

If you have a problem or a question, call the office where you are usually seen so that your records will be readily available. The secretary will schedule an appointment or direct your call to the staff member who can best respond. If the physician, midwife or staff person with whom you wish to speak is unavailable, we will take a message and return your call as soon as possible. Please inform the secretary of the urgency of your problem.

We are best able to respond to routine calls during the regular office hours of 8:00 am to 4:15 pm, when your records are available.

Should an emergency arise during regular office hours, call any one of our offices. If you have an urgent problem, you may be evaluated in any of our offices, regardless of where you are usually seen. If you have a problem, please try to call as early in the day as possible, so that we may arrange for you to be seen that day.

For emergencies after office hours, call any of our office numbers, and you will be connected to our answering service. The answering service will contact the midwife or doctor on call. Always call us first so that we can arrange for your emergency care when our offices are closed. If you are in labor, please do not go to the hospital without speaking to us first.

Requests for routine medications and for prescription refills should be made during regular office hours. When you call, please have the name of the medication, dosage, prescription number and pharmacy telephone number available.

All of your medical records are strictly confidential and cannot be released to anyone unless we have your written permission to do so.
